NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We wish to advise the 126th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 3rd August, 2023 at the Pearce Reserve Clubhouse, Whitby Road, Kings Langley commencing at 7:00pm.
BUSINESS
To receive the 126th Annual Report
Any Notices of Motion According to Rules
Life Memberships
To elect Officers and Board
To transact any business which may be introduced according to the Rules
Only Financial Members of the previous season shall be entitled to vote.
Nomination for all positions: Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, up to Six Directors, and accepting that of Patron (or Joint Patron) must be in writing, signed by the proposer and seconder, both of whom shall be members of the Club, and endorsed by the member so nominated.
Such nominations must be received by the Chair not later than (14) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
Only financial members of the previous season and new members who have paid their membership subscription prior to the closing date of nominations shall be eligible for election as an Office Bearer.
