Dear Member,

We wish to advise the 128th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 6th August, 2025 at Toongabbie Sports Club, 12 Station Road Toongabbie, NSW, 2146 commencing at 7:00pm.

BUSINESS

1. To receive the 128th Annual Report

2. Any Notices of Motion According to Rules

3. Life Memberships

4. To elect Officers and Board

5. To transact any business which may be introduced to Rule

Only Financial Members of the previous season shall be entitled to vote (vide by-laws)

Nomination for all positions: Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, up to Six Directors, and accepting that of Patron (or Joint Patron) must be in writing, signed by the proposer and seconder, both of whom shall be members of the Club, and endorsed by the member so nominated.

Such nominations must be received by the Secretary not later than (14) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.

Only financial members of the previous season and new members who have paid their membership subscription prior to the closing date of nominations shall be eligible for election as an Office Bearer.
